LUV Modular was founded by a group of experienced professionals who have spent decades working across every layer of the housing industry development, construction, finance, and modular manufacturing. Through that experience, we all came to the same conclusion: the traditional way of building multifamily housing is no longer sustainable.
After years of navigating cost overruns, labor shortages, extended timelines, and fragmented project execution, it became clear that incremental improvements would not solve the problem. Developers needed a fundamentally different approach one that could deliver housing with greater speed, consistency, and predictability.
At the same time, advancements in modular construction, building science, and factory-based production created a unique opportunity. With leadership that includes one of the nation’s most recognized experts in modular construction, and deep expertise in factory operations, high-performance building systems, capital formation, and multifamily development, our team recognized that the missing piece was integration aligning design, manufacturing, and project delivery into a single, scalable system.

We utilize roll-formed steel for floor and roof systems to enhance structural consistency and durability, combined with high-performance Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for superior strength and energy efficiency an approach that remains underutilized in the industry.
Our in-house SIP manufacturing line further improves cost control, quality, and margin capture.
By offering pre-designed plans with limited finish selections, we streamline design, procurement, and production while aligning material choices with investor outcomes.
