What is Included
Our predevelopment process covers everything required to take a project from concept to a fully executable plan. This includes market and site feasibility, project programming, modular-integrated design, cost modeling, entitlement strategy, and construction planning. By the end of the process, you have a project that is fully aligned from design through delivery with clear pricing, timelines, and a path to approval.
Traditional predevelopment is fragmented, with architects, engineers, and contractors working independently. Our approach is fully integrated and built around modular construction from day one. We align design, engineering, and production early in the process, which eliminates redesign, reduces change orders, and ensures the project is optimized for factory production not just conceptual drawings.
The earlier, the better. Ideally, we are involved at the site selection or early concept stage. This allows us to evaluate feasibility, optimize unit mix, and design the project around modular efficiencies before time and capital are spent on plans that may not be executable or cost-effective.
Because our designs are standardized and directly tied to our production system, we are able to provide highly reliable early-stage pricing.
