Step 1 — Complete Accredited Investor Verification

As required under SEC Rule 506(c), all prospective investors must complete accredited investor verification prior to receiving offering materials.

Investors may complete verification in one of two ways:

Option 1 — Provide Existing Verification Letter

Submit an accredited investor verification letter dated within the past 90 days from a qualified professional, including:

• CPA
• Attorney
• Registered Investment Advisor
• Broker-Dealer / Stock Broker
• Other qualified financial professional

Once completed, please email your accredited investor verification letter directly to:

Verification letters must be dated within the past 90 days and provided by a qualified third-party professional such as a CPA, attorney, registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer.

Option 2 — Complete Third-Party Verification

Investors without a current verification letter may complete the process through our third-party verification partner:

Step 2 — Receive Offering Materials

Once verification is completed and emailed to info@luvmodular.com, qualified investors will receive access to:

• Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
• Subscription Agreement
• Business Plan

Step 3 — Investment Subscription & Funding

After review and due diligence, investors may complete the investment process through execution of subscription documents and funding instructions.
